He earned his MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA, in 1996. He began his career at PT Asuransi CIGNA Indonesia, with his last position as Direct Marketing Manager. He was appointed as the Company's Vice President Commissioner on June 15, 2011. He also serves as President Commissioner of one of the Company's subsidiaries.

He obtained his Engineering degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia in 1984, then obtained his MBA from Prasetiya Mulya School of Management, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1987, MSc in Urban Development from University College London (UCL), England in 1996, and MA in Gifted/Specially Intelligent Children Education from the University of Connecticut, USA in 2010. Currently, he holds concurrent positions as Independent Commissioner (since 2020) and Chairman of the Audit Committee (since 2022) at PT Ciputra Development Tbk.

He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1992, and a Master of Business Law degree from Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 2005. He joined the Company in 1997 as Cash Flow Manager, Treasury Manager and was promoted to Treasury Division Manager and then became Corporate Secretary. He was appointed as Director of the Company in 2007 and was appointed as President Director of the Company on May 26, 2010. He also serves as President Commissioner and Commissioner in a number of subsidiaries of the Company.

Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1992. Started his career at the International Public Accounting Firm Siddharta, Siddharta and Harsono/Coopers and Lybrand, in 1992 as a Senior Auditor. He was appointed as the Company's Finance Director and Corporate Secretary on October 1, 2010. On May 8, 2014, he was appointed as an Independent Director concurrently serving as Corporate Secretary. On May 27, 2019, he was reappointed as the Company's Director concurrently serving as Corporate Secretary. He also serves as a Commissioner at PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika, a subsidiary.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta in 2005. He started his career in the Company in 2006 as a Business Representative, and became a Business Manager in 2008. Promoted to Division Manager in 2011 at PT. Synnex Metrodata Indonesia. He was promoted as a Director of the Company on January 1, 2014 and as President Director of PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika since July 18, 2022 until now.

A graduate of Trisakti University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Bina Nusantara University, he began his corporate career in 1996.

He joined PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk in various accounting positions before being promoted to Financial Controller. Surhang Aiwan was appointed Director of PT Synnex Metrodata Indonesia in 2011 and subsequently became President Director of its subsidiary, PT Synnex Metrodata Indonesia, in January 2024.
